Thank You and Happy Holidays!

As 2024 comes to a close, we want to take this opportunity to show our appreciation for all those who have supported us over the past 12 months. 

This year has been a big one over at Give to Grow. Since January, we have received over 200 tools from our generous donors, helping more of the Ōtepoti community to grow their own food. In May, we established our headquarters out at Skillsec, which has enabled us to expand our operations and better organize donated items. We launched this website in August, and have grown our social media following across various platforms. Finally, we welcomed a number of new volunteers and team members along the way.

All this would not have been possible without the help we received from our community. In particular, we wanted to thank the following groups for their continue generosity - Skillsec for letting us use their shed for tool storage and tunnelhouse for tool refurbishment (alongside all the other support), Turboweb for providing us with a website template and digital assistance, Otago Uni's Social Impact Studio for including us in their Good Mahi day, ASB for their donation of a tool refurb kit, and Setha's Seeds for their generous seed donation (for our new Seed Library/Whata Kākano- coming soon!).

We have heaps of exciting things planned for 2025 and can't wait to show you all what's in store. Wishing everyone a relaxing and safe break, and we'll see you when we're back on deck in Feb!
